AISI Letters and Government Submissions

In response to a request from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), AISI submits comments on the scope and operation of a mechanism to promote construction that is compliant with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requirements.

AISI submits letter to express support for the Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (AINS) to the Ratepayer Protection Act (H.R. 9340), which is scheduled to be considered by the committee on July 20.
