AISI Welcomes New Directors To The Board
June 2, 2025WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Iron and Steel Institute’s (AISI) Board of Directors today named four new members of the Board of Directors – two representing new companies who recently joined AISI and two of whom are taking the place of outgoing board members.
The AISI Board of Directors elected Clive Grannum, CEO of North American Stainless; Rick Marabito, CEO of Olympic Steel; Guillermo (Willy) Moreno, President, USA, of Tenaris; and Barry Zekelman, Executive Chairman and CEO of Zekelman Industries.
“Clive, Rick, Willy and Barry are strong advocates for American steel and for combating the unfair trade practices that have dramatically impacted our industry. I look forward to continuing our successful work together on behalf of our industry, our workers, and our customer and supplier partners,” said AISI Chairman Lourenco Goncalves.
AISI President and CEO Kevin Dempsey added, “We welcome these four distinguished individuals to the AISI Board. As we navigate this critical period in the history of our industry, we look forward to working with these strong and passionate leaders to advance AISI’s policy priorities.”
The announcement took place at the Board of Directors meeting in conjunction with AISI’s 2025 General Meeting in Washington, D.C.
