Rep. English introduced HR 5529 this year, "The Trade Law Reform Act of 2006," to strengthen domestic trade laws and level the playing field for American manufacturers competing against foreign unfair and predatory trade practices. "My initiative is a comprehensive proposal that will serve America's interests and keep American jobs at home," Rep. English says in the news spot.
