The program educates students, instructors and utility personnel on the benefits of steel distribution poles. These one-day workshops, taught by veteran lineman Gary McDonald, include classroom session and hands-on demonstrations, teaching the basics of climbing, drilling, installing and maintaining steel distribution poles.
