North American steel industry executives on March 21, spoke before members of the House Steel Caucus to discuss the major policy issues facing the steel industry and the role Congress can play to promote a pro-growth, pro-jobs manufacturing agenda. The morning testimony kicked off two days of meetings in Washington which included a reception that evening at AISI's new office space near Capitol Hill at 25 Massachusetts Ave., NW.  AISI Board Committee meetings concluded March 22, with a Policy and Planning Committee meeting featuring U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) who fielded questions important to leaders in the North American steel industry.
