AISI Board Welcomes Speakers to Discuss Industry Priorities

Steel Caucus Chair Tim Murphy and Vice Chair Pete Visclosky spoke to AISI Board on February 5th about priorities for policy and steel industry.

The AISI Board of Directors met in Washington D.C. this week for the AISI February Board meeting and to approve the AISI Public Policy Agenda for 2015. The Board heard from Senator Dan Coats (R-IN), as well as Steel Caucus Chairman Tim Murphy (R-PA) and Vice Chair Pete Visclosky (D-IN), about addressing unfair trade, long term infrastructure funding, currency manipulation and other issues they have championed on behalf of the steel industry.
